Use your brain to figure these out. By the way, I have never used any of these before in my games and I did not get any of them off the web.
1. Mike is substituting in gym class. The teacher left him the following note. “Every day at 2:00, I pick a game for the students to play. On Monday, we played red rover, Tuesday was dodge ball and yesterday was darts. You can pick anything but those” When 2:00 pm came mike suggested soccer, kick ball and freeze tag. They didn’t like any of them. Perplexed, mike thought for a few minutes and it hit him. What game did he suggest?
2. I’m the dog that flies eternally. What am I?
3. Detective Bob Jackson arrived at the murder scene. His partner gave him the details. “Jim Holden was found dead on the floor with a knife wound. We also found Wally Clawson on the floor knocked out. We know that Wally and Jim did not like each other. The initial look is that they scuffled, Wally stabbed Jim but Jim knocked him out before he died.” Bob studied the floor. He saw an arrow in ink on the ground pointing toward the dresser. There was a dollar sign next to the arrow and about 5 feet away was a pipe. “Oh you noticed that” said his partner. “What a break. The arrow was pointing right at Wally. Jim had a chance to point out his killer before he died.” Bob thought for a few moments. “Is there anyone else with a grudge against Holden.” He was was given a list. Bobby McGruder, Henry Taylor and Jim Spivey. Jackson pointed to a name and said there is your killer. Who was it and how did he know?
4. Where do you find Big Lou’s?
5. Dale decided to run for residence hall president. He filled out the paperwork and campaigned. He finished fourth in the election. None of the three people ahead of him were disqualified or refused to serve yet Dale became president. How is this possible?
6. What do some people have a lot of but would be deadly if they had it in their hands?
7. Suzi likes as presidents Theodore Roosevelt, Harry Truman and Gerald Ford. Would she like Abraham Lincoln, Calvin Coolidge or Dwight Eisenhower and why?
8. Eddie is on a scavenger hunt in Michigan. He has everything he needs and is given a clue as to where he needs to bring the stuff. “Listen to the radio and think small and it will guide you to the holy bed.” Eddie thinks for a few minutes and then he gets it. Where does he has to go?
This is due by 5:00 PM CST on SUnday.
